About the Band

Ann Marie Woolley

Ann Marie sings lead and plays backup guitar. She also has been pioneering the use of cello in traditional folk and celtic music since 1983. Ann Marie enjoys her day job as professor of Early Childhood Education at College of the Redwoods in Eureka.

Sam McNeill

Our other lead vocalist Sam performs with the band on violin, cittern, guitar and accordion. He teaches music at Blue Lake School, the Humboldt Music Academy and privately in his own studio. He heads up the amazing Academy Fiddlers featuring the best young folk violinists in Humboldt County.

Bob Stockwell

Bob plays mandolin, violin and sings baritone\bass in the band. When not performing with Good Company he can help you with all of your wine needs at the Arcata Co-op.

Janet Finney-Krull

Besides backup vocals Janet plays a stunning variety of musical instruments. She contributes to the unique sound of Good Company with silver & Irish flutes, whistle, bodhran, and much more. When not performing with Good Company she can be seen playing international music with Chubritza (www.chubritza.com),or working on the campus of Humboldt State University.
